Are you a big snacker? I am for sure, so it was hard to get into the habit of not snacking as much when I was trying to keep the weight off to fit into my wedding dress. I tried to stick with healthy snacks such as lime and salted cucumbers or vegetables and hummus, both a yummy option, but not snacks everyone would like.
